I have been thinking and talking about the Illustrative Mathematics curriculum so often these days that I have started dreaming about it. I woke up this morning and found myself asking my husband to show me “another strategy” and then got angry with him when he wouldn’t do it! So what else to do other than start a blog where I can share my IM story and hopefully help a few people along the way. I’ve also roped in some fantastic teachers and math coaches that I’ve had the privilege to work with this year in hopes to create a space where educators can go and find the resources they need to implement this amazing curriculum.
